Broadway Avenue East

From
south of Seattle:
Driving on I-5 North, take the Olive Way exit (exit
166).
Turn slight right up Olive Way and follow for approximately
½ mile.
Turn left onto Broadway Avenue East.
Turn left onto East Roy Street and take an immediate
right onto Broadway Avenue East--on your right is the
residential entrance of the 700 Broadway apartment building.
From
north of Seattle:
Driving on I-5 South, take the Boylston Avenue exit
(Exit 168A) toward Roanoke Street. Keep straight on
exit ramp to stay on Boylston Avenue.
Turn left onto East Roanoke Street, crossing over I-5.
Turn right up 10th Avenue East and follow for approximately
one mile.
Turn right onto East Roy Street and immediately right
again onto Broadway Avenue East--this loops you around
our building to the residential entrance of the 700
Broadway apartment building.
